Church outreach kits for February’s big faith-adjacent film: study, sermons, group tickets.
A film of a classic Christian author’s creation story opens wide on Feb 12, 2027, and many churches will want to see it together. Matinee Ministry writes a four-week series on its themes, with sermon outlines, invite cards and a letter to your local cinema for a block of seats.

What a person does
A pastor reviews the theology once for each denominational version, and is paid for it. The owner runs payments. The writing, the personalised invites and the cinema letters are done by AI agents.
Is this an official resource for the film?
No. Matinee Ministry is independent. We don’t use the series name as a brand or reproduce illustrations, and we quote the books only briefly, since they are still under copyright in the US.
What if the studio releases a free church kit?
It might. Netflix or a large Christian publisher could release an official kit. Ours is written for your church’s tradition and for a trip to your local cinema.
What if the release date moves again?
It has moved once already. The study stands on its own, and when the film reaches Netflix in April, groups can watch it together at home.
